Prem Sparsh is a Charitable Trust formed by a Group of like-minded professionals with a strong belief in supporting mankind and society in a best possible manner. The Trust’s mission is to uplift the lives of underprivileged section of the society especially the children and elderly. Since the formation of the Trust in 2008, the Trust has been carrying on various social, welfare and charitable activities like
- providing food to 500+ underprivileged children every week (Narayan Seva, Khichadi Ghar)
- distributing free 10,000+ dozens of notebooks annually, primarily in rural areas
- providing free daily tiffin to 80+ elderly senior citizens
- providing free monthly rations to 70+ needy families
- providing educational help on a select basis by part payment of school fees to needy students
- providing medical help on a select basis to needy patients
- need based welfare programs such as providing free scrubs, nutritious food etc. to resident doctors of few hospitals during Covid19 Pandemic (through Project Annapurna)
- Also, propose to commence providing educational grants and interest free loans to deserving needy students.
Prem Sparsh is a registered Charitable Trust with Charity Commissioner, Mumbai and having valid registration under Section 12AA and Section 80G of Income Tax Act. The donations to the Trust are eligible to deduction @ 50% under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
